Go Gently with Speed

It has been a challenging week for many. The speed at which life choices are accelerating. Adjusting to the faster new year. It's already nearly February. And we're getting further into groove, with a more focussed mood.

We are being called to fine-tune. Select and reject. Choose. More quickly and honestly. What is the right course for our continued nourishment, and soul food.

Personally taking a stand for where we need to land. In integrity and responsibility.

And with that there is an intensity of energy. As the Year of the Wood Horse emerges. Bringing much decisive calamity. And the pressures of engaging in dramas can be an old unnecessary enemy. That is exactly the time to slow down. Meditate. Breathe. Contemplate. On the most important need. And to stay. On higher ground.

It is this feminine place. Gentle, peaceful space, that allows us to connect and better reflect on what is important, in every moment.

As I was working through challenges and priorities that presented this big moon week, and making decisions without succumbing to overthinking, fixing, or anxiety, a reassuring tune entered my mind with full dignity.

There will be an answer, let it be...

Yes indeed. Mother Mary.

I have had so many references to this Divine Feminine lady this week. Very solidly in my psyche. Guiding and protecting the course as a loving gentle mother would be. Serving with all Divine Masters an emerging humanity and community.  Reassuring, that in all the calamity, an answer will always come, with a quieter soliloquoy.

Take a break when you need. To stocktake. And refine your speed. And let the intuitive wisdom intercede.

Much love, as we ease into February.

Choice Choices

Blossoms are spreading their marvellous seeds. Choice choices presenting at increasing speed. A delightful development presented this week.

I was asked to consider being a hub leader with Wellness Hubs Australia. A fabulous initiative. The Australian Traditional Medicine Society, is supporting the wellness industry. Helping wellness business owners professionally. Upping the credibility, of complementary therapies. What a marvellous blessing for holistic wellbeing.

I accepted the invite, with excited elation, and anticipation, of meeting and knowing a new collection, of providers and suppliers and bright practitioners. Sharing, and developing, fabulous new links. Assisting each other connect, and flourish.

Such heart of synergies. Connecting and developing, attending and contributing, meeting and speaking, interacting and greeting, with purposeful meaning.

What bounty, in the joining, the making, and creating, a stronger, light filled, purpose built, community. Growing an industry. Embracing and living, a life of abundance, illumination, and clarity.

A choice choice this week. Abundant Blessedness peak.

For those of you who'd like to come see. Welcome, look, it's all right here...

Smouldering Sacredness

'I cannot see my soul, but know 'tis there', said the poet Emily Dickinson.

Poets and artists have known it since time immemorial. Their connection to the soul. An invisible encounter with their personal and prophetic experience.

And as the natural progression of creative expression more readily permeates the world a smouldering sacredness is expanding our existential dimensions. People are tuning in to an invisible energetic flow.

The physical body is surrounded by a living, pulsing, smouldering energy body. Eastern traditions are familiar with these systems. And the West is increasingly catching on.

Sacred body and Sacred soul are intimately connected, in communion, and communication. And if they are not. If they are blocked. There is dis-ease, illness and unease. As Caroline Myss in the Creation of Health so clearly insists:

The Time Has Come to assert one primal fact: The human spirit is real. Beyond the chemical, physical and physiological study of disease, there comes a point, as we are led directly to the core of the person's soul.

The Soul or Psyche are pivotal to a thriving life. And this is becoming more evident as people tune in to the greater reality that there is more than physical dimensionality. And as the health and medical fraternity increasingly blends complimentary therapies and traditional remedies with medical inventories. Honouring the patient's experience and deeper existence.

At some level we are increasingly facing an intuitive knowing, an intrinsic understanding, of this smouldering sacredness. One that keeps calling.

That which is Spirit is imploring our inner resources to tap into our spiritual sources. Urging each of us to meet our real to goodness selves, and make our unique and valid blueprint on our world. One that requires a deeper attention to our inner qualities and mysteries, unmasked by externality. Living honestly, wholly holy, and healthy, in soul flame, completely.

What a marvellous journey.

May you smoulder in soul sacredness and passionate ecstasy.

Wisdom Season

I have worked with hundreds of people who have been in career decision, and what I call mid-life transition.

Where they decide that what they have built no longer sufficiently fits the bill, nor adequately fulfils their destiny's will.

They have come to a turning point.

A chance to consider again the calling of their souls.

An opportunity to act and live their life for a deeper reason.  Unearthing within them what I call a new Wisdom Season.

Taking what they have learned and bringing it all together for a better purpose built world.

And deciding what they want to do, how to live, and what to contribute for their next significant stint.

To take stock of where they have been, and what they have achieved with their knowledge and skill.

Looking backward, in order to move ahead. This time with more love, and heart, and inner thrill.

And Joy. That keeps blossoming.

There is so much for each of us to contribute to the world no matter when we find ourselves reconsidering.

Through exploring and expressing our own interest and joy. And expanding the quality and joy in others' lives we make a difference.

When the heart is giving, opening, and joyously energetically transmitting, we make a difference.

We are blossoming, and those whose lives we touch benefit enormously.

We live a life of renewed clarity. And we can't help but bloom, such as the grateful joy that so inspired a poem by Siegfried Sassoon

A flower has opened in my heart -
What flower is this, what flower of spring,
What simple, secret thing?
It is the peace that shines apart,
The peace of daybreak skies that bring
Clear song and wild swift wing.

May we all find the miracle of clear song, and inward joy and spring. Our reason. And wisdom season.
